   Very good and friendly to customers restaurant. Very refreshing to enjoy superb Vasco cuisine. The owner/chef is very friendly and approachable. Excellent wine selection. Definitely coming back.

   This was the first time that myself, and my friends went to the restaurant and from the beginning to end was a spectacular experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the options for dinner. Will highly recommend your restaurant.

   Very good food even though the owner/chef is on vacation in Europe. The gazpacho was good; the croquetas were very good, but they were not heated properly - they are big and were somewhat cold inside, but that was remedied when we complained and they heated them. The best and worth going there for is the Lubina (sole) which was done to perfection. Bread with oil warm and very good. We did not eat dessert. Very Spanish ambiance and the service was very good considering after a while they were filled and were a bit stretched. Will go back in October, when we were told the owner would be back.

   The food took me back to Spain it was full of flavor and our steak was cooked to perfection . The service was exceptional. We will be returning for more to enjoy the culinary joys this restaurant has to offer.

   The menu is very varied and our food order was all extremely well prepared. The white bean with ibérico and chorizo was great, and the solomillo and the spammer were truly excellent. The wine menu may not have been updated for a while. The first 3 bottles we selected were “out of stock” The young female server was truly phenomenal, even though she had difficulty moving around because of a recent injury. The male server seemed lost in several ways not understanding the menu and not knowing the wine inventory from the start

   Our experience at Casa Xabi was fantastic, from the food to the service. Xabi himself came to us, asked how everything was going and even chatted with us for a bit. I definitely plan to be a regular at Casa Xabi

    Casa Xabi is probably the most authentic Spanish restaurant I've eaten at in Miami. The service was superb and the chef/owner came around a few times to make sure we were happy. We had the merluza con almejas en salsa verde, albondigas and pulpo. All were delicious and on point. The jamon iberico was also the real deal. Great ambiance as well. Highly recommend!
