The beach experience was lovely but got better when we received warm blankets to make it a cozier dinner. Food was fabulous!

My favorite meal in Cabo so far. The pumpkin soup with bacon and shrimp is fantastic - as was the tamal appetizer with seafood. The beets in the beet salad were quite good, too. (Did not try a main dish). Service was good and it’s a nice on the beach setting with good drinks. Definitely recommend!

Good food, good service. Tables and chairs are in the sand, so a bit difficult to maneuver around. Would definitely return!

For those who don’t want to go to the noisier Cabo Wabo etc, and want to see live entertainment, this was one of the very few options if staying at either of the Pueblo Bonito resorts on Médano Beach. (We enjoyed the stay at the resort regardless, great location etc) So we went next door to the Mexican Fiesta on Friday night. Good dancers, and a mariachi band. Overall a nice diversion and something to do in the evening. I would recommend it if you are in the area and want live entertainment and your resort doesn’t offer it and you aren’t into the downtown evening crowd venues.

Cascadas has always been a favorite of ours! We happened to go on a Tuesday night with entertainment! We have been for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed.

Truly a delightful evening. The service was excellent and the location fantastic. Had my tastebuds set on a fish dinner and it was the Mexican buffet evening. While the food was good was disappointed on choices. The music and dancers were fantastic. Will definitely be an evening remembered. Would recommend.

Great service, great food. Very reasonable in pricing and the beach front seating is a must. Will definitely go back whenever in Cabo. Can be very romantic if taking someone on a date. Highly recommend 💗
