   We have been regulars for years Almaden reservations with the request of the server’s that have been there since we started dining there. I made reservations for last night as usual expecting the same routine when we arrived NO the young Hostess tried to seat us at a table bye the bathroom said I couldn’t have the table or the Server I Requested 😳Luckily Lisa came out and Made things better which is my go to server I was ready to walk out. So praise to you Lisa for keeping customers Happy. Just a word of advice. When someone makes a reservation Requesting a certain Table and or Server there’s a reason. Give it to them.

   Kate our server was fantastic! Very tentative even though she was very busy. It was noticeable she is well organized and does multi-task. We did have reservations and as requested to sit in the lounge area, our table had our name on it. We arrived right on time and the service was immediately done. I've eaten at the Cattlemen's often and this is my go to place when on a date, or having friends from out of town. You will not be disappointed.

   As usual, the service was very friendly and quick. I ordered to Salmon that came with asparagus. It was cooked just like I requested. An all around good experience.

    Normally their prime rib is excellent. However, tonight it was overcooked,course, grainy, and tasteless. Hopefully it was just a bad night.
