Established in 2014 and reopened in 2022 with a reimagined interior, seasonal menu, and unique cocktail program, Causwells is a neighborhood American bistro rooted in the northern California style of cooking. Chef Adam Rosenblum draws from his diverse background to create a comforting menu that spotlights local, seasonal ingredients influenced by classic American dishes, European inspiration, and the American South. Good but not great burger - lacked flavor.. A little more flavor would help (in the patty) + extra $ for fry supplement.. $80+ for 2 burgers w/ fries (one w/ bacon) and a Caesar salad. Service very slow despite not being 100% busy. Better burger at Wayfare (same price and tastier), Super Duper (better bang for buck).

Came in with a hankering for a burger. Got the Fancy Pants and added bacon and a fried egg. Was delicious and killed the craving. I will say it was a bit pricey but was delicious nonetheless.

Still undefeated! Best cocktail and burger combination in the city. Toss in a couple deviled eggs and it’s perfection!

Great service. The burgers were fantastic as usual and our waitress was super attentive. Outside was warm with the heaters, but I’d still say to bring a jacket.
