Me and my sister in law enjoyed a lovely festive afternoon tea. The soup and sorbet was a nice touch, a little different to standard afternoon teas. The fruit scones were the best we've ever had! The Christmas music helped to make us feel festive and added to the loveliness. The staff were attentive and did a fab job.

We were greeted courteously by Doratta and looked after by three waiters who were friendly but professional. The food was delicious and well presented in a timely manner. We will certainly book again in the Cavendish restaurant this time next year for our Christmas treat. Thank you.

Don’t waste your money at this restaurant.. my husband and I I was gifted 1 afternoon tea and 1 3 course meal voucher for our 40th anniversary what a thoughtful gift from my family, Chatsworth must be wonderful. Not!!! The food was far from fine dining more like something from a supermarket cafe and at £49.50 ahead we expected more of an intimate indulgence experience at Chatsworth Not!! our meals came out at different times I had to ask if they could bring them out together so we could actually eat together, the presentation was very poor no presentation not appetising what so ever off putting really we just couldn’t believe it so sad and underwhelmed to the point where we asked for our desserts and patisseries to be takeout and that was just as bad as the meals the Christmas pudding was not a Chatsworth special more like a microwave special and the scones and patisseries we’re definitely not made in house. Like I said at the beginning don’t waste your money or time to go there it’s atrocious.
