A light savoury starter is followed by a selection of carefully thought out finger sandwiches. A refreshing interlude follows in the form of a sorbet, before our delectable cakes complete the experience served on a beautiful Wedgwood tea stand. Enjoy as many teas as you can manage from our bespoke range supplied by Northern Tea Merchants of Chesterfield, a cafetiere or barista made coffee. A truly memorable experience.

Was a special visit for my sisters 60th and was perfect in every way. Lovely attentive waitress and the food was amazing. Was expensive but worth the money spent xx

What a fabulous experience. The food quality, presentation and taste were exemplary. One family member found the 1st and main course menu difficult to choose from due to her limited pallet but actually then cleared her plate, demonstrating the calibre of the food provided. The ambience is friendly, high dining, with exception service from the attentive, knowledgeable and engaging staff. Thank you for our fantastic overall experience.

This is the third year we have celebrated our wedding anniversary with an afternoon tea at Chatsworth Cavendish restaurant. We had a fabulous time with wonderfully presented and tasting food, unmatchable service and great value. The ambience is perfect with subtle relaxing background music and immaculate crockery, cutlery and glassware. This is comparable to an afternoon tea in the most famous London hotels,but on our doorstep at half the price with wonderful views!

Great location & set lunch had a good selection , 4 choices per course . Pea soup was lovely , my duck confit was very tender but lentils didn’t really add to the flavour . My pineapple & lemongrass sorbet was refreshing but the lime gel far too tart , couldn’t eat it . We did have to remind them it was Dads birthday even it was on our booking & we reminded them when we ordered . Just took the edge off .

We came for a belated Birthday with a family member. The food was very good & drinks also very good, they were very thoughtful & gave a truffle & Happy Birthday wish in chocolate write on a plate.

It was absolutely amazing, all five of us said it was the best afternoon tea any of us had ever tasted. Beautiful food, extremely well presented and expertly served by Adele. The Prosecco and specialty teas were an absolute delight. A wonderful birthday celebration.
