Welcome to the first Cecconi's in Manhattan!

Situated on the first floor of the Ned Nomad, this modern-day classic Italian restaurant serves hand-made pasta, wood oven-fired pizza, seafood, and dishes from Northern Italy.

Design details include a hand-chipped mosaic and terrazzo striped floor, a new take on the traditional Cecconi’s stripe, set against navy velvet banquettes, golden-yellow leather chairs, and a polished timber bar, inspired by classic mid-century Italian Trattorias.

Cecconi’s is open to the public, with advance reservations for members and hotel guests.

Food was delicious. Pricing was reasonable. Ambiance was good. There was no salt & pepper on my table. Took some time to find a waiteress to bring me the salt & pepper well after my food came out. To be fair, I was there during a shift change.

My partner and I dine at Cecconi’s quite frequently and we always get assigned to the same female server with darker hair and pronounced eye liner. This last go around was better than the rest, but still not up to par with pricing. The serving assistant was much more attentive and helpful. I don’t know if the restaurant is short staffed but everyone around us was trying to order drinks, order food, pay the bill etc and the server was nowhere to be found. I will note that my food consistently comes out about ten min before my partner’s, which I find strange. Only writing this so management can make improvements as I do enjoy dining at Cecconis.

El servicio fue muy bueno, el restaurante es bonito pero la comida estuvo regular. Éramos un grupo de 8 personas nos obligaron a tomar un prefix de $125 pp. Sin alcohol fueron $175 pp por una comida muy regular, me parece que el valor/precio no hace sentido. Todos fueron muy serviciales desde la hostess hasta todos los meseros que nos atendieron.

Little to no customer service. Waited far too long for each step of the meal. Ordered a coffee that never came and was charged for a second coffee that was cold when brought to the table. It’s a shame as the food is great.
