Ylada, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the building which enhanced our dining experience. The food was delicious! Favorites were the flatbread with dirty sauce, wagyu steak, and the chocolate gelato. We never felt rushed. We appreciated the low decibel music. Highly recommend Cedar & Elm!

The Thanksgiving dinner was amazing! The three courses along with wine pairing were nicely paced and beautifully presented. The turkey was moist and tender and the sides of root vegetables, stuffing, roasted brussel sprouts, cranberry sauce and sauteed mushrooms were thoughtfully prepared and complimented the main. Dessert was pumpkin pie along with an assortment of small cakes. Overall, the food and service were outstanding and the portions generous. This might just become a new family tradition!

The thanking dinner is $105 per adult and $50 per child. We had 3 adult and 2 kids. The foo/menu was average with a seasonal salad and potato celery soup. Soup was made with attention but too salty to the taste. Salad was sour, with balsamic vinegar and maybe some lemon? Just too much. The waitress was nice, but clearly she was just unable to provide “experience “ but busy meeting her standards to manage all the table she has gotten. The runner in middle who placed all the main course , was simple dropping food on the table. It was overwhelming to see one after another food item was being dropped on the table but not presented if you know what I mean? There was kind of a”there you go, here is more , stuff you face.” Not in a wrong way, but you know the feeling of nicely cooked food being bombed on the table with no explanation. Overall , not worth the money. Will not recommend, will not return.

Rapidly becoming our Thanksgiving dinner tradition - beautiful grounds, attentive service, delicious food and some leftovers for home. Great job accommodating one of our party's dietary restrictions too

The restaurant and lodge are beautiful. The food was amazing. This was our first time dining out on Thanksgiving, and it was totally worth it. Hats off to the chef and culinary team.

What a lovely experience. The food quality was excellent. Flavors you can distinctly identify but not overwhelming. A traditional yet culinary excellence take on traditional Thanksgiving meal. Weight staff attentive and helpful without hovering. The dining room is beautiful and while it was full that day with patrons, the room is quiet enough to have a nice conversation. Walk on the grounds and in St Edwards Park beautiful afterwards. We will go again and take friends.

It was really cold. The service was great. The oatmeal was flavored well. The congee was not very flavorful but the chicken was good.
