   Server seemed to be short and very rushed, which did affect their tip unfortunately. She seemed to be rather more attentive and talkative to a table close to ours, perhaps they were friends or weekly patrons? For a non holiday Sunday evening this place was packed, thank goodness I had a reservation. The greeter/seater was very pleasant and even appeased us by taking pictures of us, after a much needed dinner date for my husband and myself. Ambiance was decent we were sat by the bar and it was a little louder than expected, food came out well and rather quickly. We enjoyed our meal although the meals in general could use more seasoning. I highly recommend the biscuits and the creme brulee. Spent about 100 no alcohol and this includes tip.

   Michael was a great waiter. We sat in the front area, it was cold every time door opened. Rather noisy.

   Was by the fireplace at 3:00. Wish I could remember our waitress’s name. Female. African American. She was excellent. Knew the menu and ingredients well. Was pretty full for a Saturday afternoon. Bar seats were packed. Unfortunately my husband’s roasted chicken was dry. Very dry. We won’t order it again. He didn’t say anything because he had the bisque and only took a bite of the chicken. We brought it home and doctored it up.

    Service and food here are always excellent. Pork Chop and Short Rib dishes a favorite. And their Chicken Pot Pie for fall menu so good.
