Excellent new spot in Lincoln Park. We went early on a Saturday night. The place was busy but not overwhelmed. It's a cool space and the staff was very attentive. We had the cauliflower, salmon and chicken and they were each excellent. Highly recommended.

Please, take your business meeting, next date, or special occasion, to this venue. I was beyond impressed by the service and delighted by what their menu offered in a Thursday night! This will soon be a staple in the community!

The server was so nice. The manager was around making sure the customers were enjoying our time there. I made the reservation by OpenTable and they gave me a piece of cake for my birthday. The food is traditional Mexican food but with different plating and little changes in the recipes to surprise the customer. In short, fair prices, good food and perfect customer service.

My wife and I went last night. Just a great great meal. We started out with cauliflower, which was the best cauliflower dish I ever had. Just so well put together. The same could be said for the acorn squash dish with risotto. Perfectly cooked very deep Flavor, delicious. Rounding up, our dishes was a perfectly cooked, well prepared salmon topped with black sesame. We will return often. This place is the best restaurant ever to be in this space and maybe one of the best restaurants in Lincoln Park.

We had the most fabulous dinner at Ceiba in Lincoln Park. Their sesame salmon was so incredble and one of the best salmon dishes I have ever had. Their Chicken Pollo was fantastic and their coliflor vegetarian dish was soo flavorful. They start serving Brunch on November 9th - please try this restaurant the service and food are outstanding.
