Named Center Stage for it's strategic location overlooking blue waters and perfectly framing Longs Peak and Mount Meeker, Hole 16 sits just outside of our relaxed dining and bar area - also named Center Stage. Showcasing exhibition kitchens to encourage culinary interaction, Center Stage offers a more causal yet refined experience serving comfort food, homemade brick-oven pizzas and Colorado craft beers to enjoy around the 40-person bar.

    A beautiful day at TPC. The Christmas Tree is gorgeous!! Our server, Faith, was pleasant and not intrusive. Had the special of the day, the fontina mushroom burger. Chef’s kiss!💋

    We ALWAYS have a great meal at TPC Centerstage. Great food, beautiful view and Aly, our server was awesome. I have been to Centerstage several times and have NEVER been disappointed!!

    Center Stage at TPC must seriously consider updating their game with their menu and continuing to keep it interesting. While the menu is ok, it's nothing to brag about. It's usually hit or miss for the prices they charge. TPC is a beautiful facility with amazing views and top-notch staff. Center Stage's menu should also be impressive. They should aspire to be THE PLACE in Northern Colorado, where people want to dine and bring their friends and family. If Center Stage wants to attract more diners, members, and residents consistently, they need to look at what Harmony Club in Timnath and The Lodge at Pelican Lakes in Water Valley/Windsor does. It's very impressive. I am a homeowner at TPC. I moved from Eagle Ranch Estates in Fort Collins to downsize and enjoy the serenity of TPC. I was also impressed with the facilities and everything TPC has to offer. I want to be able to bring family and friends to the restaurant and feel good about it, so when I invite people from Denver or north Fort Collins to dinner, I don't want them to feel as though it was too long of a drive just for the beauty of the area. I want them to be impressed with their dinner and want to come back. While our dinner on Tuesday night was good, it was nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, Our friends drove from north Fort Collins and were not impressed with the menu. They wondered why they drove south when better choices were closer to them. The positive was the staff. The hostess and wait staff were great. Maddie was our server, and she was fantastic. Very professional and attentive. She is now a close second behind our favorite waiter, Paul. Paul has always been the best!
