Centrolina is an Italian restaurant and market, locally owned and operated by Chef Amy Brandwein, set in Washington’s CityCenterDC development. The Osteria showcases a seasonally driven menu of authentic and innovative Italian dishes offered for lunch and dinner. Chef Brandwein's menu is inspired from the seasons, Italian regionality and the wide variety of Chef curated product in the adjoining market.

The market showcases a selection of imported Italian specialty items along with locally sourced meat, sustainable fish, and produce from local farms. The Centrolina kitchen produces daily hand crafted fresh pasta and sauces, antipasti and entrees available for takeaway.

I loved everything about Centrolina - the ambience, menu, service, cocktails, wine, appetizers, main courses, side dishes and desserert were all 11 out of 10. This was as good as any dining experience anywhere, and I live and breathe in NYC. My 10yo son who is not an adventurous eater also had a good meal, and was accommodated without question. Thank you Centrolina for a great dining experience.

A wonderful supper served graciously at Centrolina! We were delighted by all the dishes —unique ingredients and inventive pairings rendered taste bombs we all shared and enjoyed! It had been a long time since our last visit and we left wondering WHY??? We will return soon!

Amazing! Food was 10/10! I got the Pici pasta and it was too die for! I had no notes! And the dessert we had was amazing! Chocolate lava cake with a poached pear! So bomb!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in DC, but the Seven Fishes dinner was not up to par. We went two years ago and the meal was better. Tonight the pastas did not really have any distinguishing taste. They felt overwhelmed with butter.

Wonderful service and food. Really love the ambiance and the quality. Only down side was the 5% charge added to the bill, notated as NOT a tip but a service charge due to increasing cost to run the business. As a business owner myself I would not charge a fee rather if you need more money just charge more for your items. We tip 20% minimum everywhere we go but to be charged an extra 5% on top of the bill seems strange. Some people will just leave when they see that. I guess I appreciate the honesty however considering the menus are printed daily at this restaurant they could just raise the prices and then no one would be aware or need to know about the extra "we're hurting and business is tough" charge. Again - I own businesses. I understand. It's been rough the past two years.

the space and the service were so warm and inviting and the food was outstanding! lovely wine list and dessert is not to be missed, any of them but especially the “tiramisu”’

I’m a repeat visitor to the restaurant. The food quality across all courses is the source of greatest satisfaction. I frequently do not choose pasta simply out of a desire to enjoy other dishes from the multi-talented staff. The Salvadoran chefs and servers are among the best in town.
