Been going here for years, and today was a different experience. My husband and I understand that it’s busy, but we’ve only seen our main server 2-3 times. The service today was kinda disappointing, and hoping to have a better experience next time we visit.

This time we were for lunch, the flow of food runner was lacking just a little but it was noticeable. I was waiting on food for at least 5 min twice. Asked for shrimp twice and it took a while. Overall service and food was excellent! We are definitely coming back.

I made a reservation for 4 people for 12:00noon Restaurant opens at noon. I arrived a little bit before 12 and hostest check my reservation. She asked me to wait a few minutes. However, host keeps sitting all walking customer agead of us. I think there is no point on making a reservation if they will give preference to walking customers. During lunch we keep asking the waiters for a specific item, they keep saying they will send it our way without luck. We asked a total of 5 waiters until finally somebody send them to our table right before we leave when we already finish eating. Overall I was not pleased with the service we received today. Especially, if they will not honor your reservation.

Overall we had a good experience here. Food is always great, employees are always very nice. My one and only “complaint” is that it did take quite a bit for someone to notice we were ready for food and there was lots of servers walking around. Other than that when we got served we ate a bit of everything and it was all great. Not our first time and definitely not our last time here.

We were seated at our table by our reservation time, and our server was very polite and friendly. The food was delicious and all the meats were excellent quality. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was phenomenal.

Food was delicious, staff was friendly. Only recommendation is for the staff to try rotating the meat selections better. Our table was offered the same bottom sirloin several times. And we had to ask for other options
