   We had a very disappointing experience last night. The decor is attractive with a similar vibe to the group’s Tantra Beach Club at Tulum, which we also visited recently. We ordered a 400gm steak to share with 3 sides and 2 cocktails. The cocktails were excessively sweet such that we had to dilute them with water to make them palatable. Soon after our cocktails were delivered we were presented with a generous supply of delicious appearing breads accompanied by 3 different butters. We had only consumed 1/2 a piece of bread before the main and sides appeared with much theatre and ceremony with 3 or 4 staff attempting to serve us at once. The food was excellent but the whole experience was destroyed by the staff attempting to either serve or remove the dishes - we felt flustered and in the end sent almost all the salad and bread back with our entire meal finished in 45 minutes. We declined coffee or dessert, didn’t finish our cocktails and then had difficulty getting someone’s attention for the bill. When it arrived, 15% tip had been added but not itemised as such. I negotiated to reduce the tip to 10% in appreciation of the food and I think the staff’s intention was good but poorly managed and executed. This may have been one of the most expensive meals per minute of my life. I did explain my disappointment with the head waiter but didn’t feel that my experience was validated. I recommend patrons are given the opportunity to finish their cocktail, time to try the breads and then the opportunity to order a glass of wine to accompany their main, and that the wait staff give diners the opportunity to complete their meal in peace. The DJ music was excellent, the guitarist good but the dancing girls somewhat strange in the near empty restaurant.

   La comida está horrible, no tiene sabor, la carne súper dura,aparte se tardaron muchísimo en llevar los alimentos !!! los precios están elevados para lo que es

   Los meseros malísimos, me sentí como en una taquería de paso o en la fonda, te sirven de prisa todo….horrible, los cambiaron, estos son pésimos, cero atención del nivel del restaurante que apenas el año pasado ofrecía una experiencia gastronómica en cada platillo

   So much fun! The food was terrific and the atmosphere was clubtastic - wear something with glitter and you’d fit right in. Definitely going back!

   He ido 5 veces pero ayer me decepcionó, solicitamos 3 platillls de la carta de los cuales 2 no los tenían, tampoco ya hacen el postre pavlova…. No me encantó, me queda claro que hay que ir viernes y sábados que hay show y posiblemente tengan la carta completa…

    I am very familiar with the RosaNegra family of restaurants. I have been to many over the years. This experience was horrible. The most surprising aspect of this is that the restaurant was not even busy. There was no reason for bad service! Once we ordered our food and after waiting a long time, we received everything. Appetizers, salad, steak, fish, etc. all at one time. We brought this to the waiters attention but didn't really get any answer. We also were suppose to get our salad made "table side" yet it wasn't. On top of that, the waiter really didn't understand what we were ordering at the time of the order. Now I will say that we are all English speaking but I went to the extent of using google translate and he still miss-understood my order and brought an additional filet to our table. The icing on the cake is when we received our check, we tipped 10% (which was more than others at our table wanted to give based on the poor service) and both the waiter and maître d rolled their eyes at us. They were also very rude and ignored us as we all left even when everyone at the table said goodbye to them. Haven't been treated like this ever at a restaurant I paid almost $1,000 USD on a dinner. The icing on the cake is when one of our group stayed back to talk with the maitre d to express his disappointment, the maitre d said "I guess your wiater must have had a bad day". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
