A local/chef owned steak and seafood concept, Chef Richard Chamberlain adds a culinary touch to regionally sourced aged prime beef, fresh fish & wild game. Combining friendly service and a warm comfortble atmosphere with specialties such as applewood smoked salmon, Texas wagyu potstickers, east coast oysters, lobster shrimp bisque, American bison strip loin, panko crusted lobster & filet mignon with whiskey peppercorn sauce. Five private dining rooms accommodating from 8, 24, 36, 55 & 100 people are available for private occasions such as anniversaries, corporate dinners & birthdays. Ask about our Chef cooking demonstrations for your group. Also check out our lounge next door featuring live music 5 nights a week. My date really enjoyed the Bourbon Smash. I especially love the pretzel bread, filet mignon, and the parmesan grits. Everyone was super attentive and courteous. Our server Todd was great and engaging. It was an overall wonderful date night. We can’t wait to go back.

Good food. Smaller than expected. Very loud on night we were there. Service felt rushed and the food arrived very quickly. Maybe a good thing if you are hungry. If you are looking for a place to have an extended meal and good conversation I would recommend another place. If you are looking for a compromise for seafood and steak and like a livelier place with fast food service this would be a good spot.

Last night was our first night at Chamberlains and we will definitely be coming back. The service and the food was amazing.

I’m glad I found this place. From the time we walked in everyone said hello and had a smile on their faces. The bartender (Jason) was pleasant and friendly, made a recommendation of the Bison and did not disappoint. All food was great, from the soup to the salad to the Bison and Duck even the white chocolate bread pudding. My one suggestion would be cut back a little with the salt.

I brought my parents and siblings to celebrate my job promotion. It was their first time and Rafael was very attentive and made the night absolutely great! Thank you for making the night so special. Food was great and service is always above and beyond. Will always choose Chamberlain’s for celebrations!
