A local/chef owned steak and seafood concept, Chef Richard Chamberlain adds a culinary touch to regionally sourced aged prime beef, fresh fish & wild game. Combining friendly service and a warm comfortble atmosphere with specialties such as applewood smoked salmon, Texas wagyu potstickers, east coast oysters, lobster shrimp bisque, American bison strip loin, panko crusted lobster & filet mignon with whiskey peppercorn sauce. Five private dining rooms accommodating from 8, 24, 36, 55 & 100 people are available for private occasions such as anniversaries, corporate dinners & birthdays. Ask about our Chef cooking demonstrations for your group. Also check out our lounge next door featuring live music 5 nights a week. For a really excellent dinner it is one of our two favorite restaurants. Also, if you’d like to have a cigar, the cigar bar is the best in Dallas.

Decided to go out last minute for NYE and was lucky enough to snag a reservation. Everything was so great, especially the service. We had the oysters, Caesar salad, lobster bisque, ribeye, Brussels sprouts, and grits. The only thing that wasn’t 5 stars was the lobster bisque. Everything else was delicious! Thank you for a great ending to our year.

Food was good, kitchen very busy, but they managed in the end. Again wonderful experience we are certainly coming back!

Didn’t seem too interested in getting us seated. The gentleman that appeared to be manager, was helpful and explained that there was a table being opened up. The waiter was clueless. We had to ask twice common things like bread and he was never around. The food was really good and if I would go back, I would avoid that section of the restaurant to avoid that waiter.
