Executive Chef Dan has created an innovative, seasonally inspired menu that, like the Chameleon, changes its appearance with its surroundings. Our intentions are to showcase the Pacific Northwest through seasonally inspired dishes and cocktails.

    It's been awhile since I have been to Cameleon in Maple Ridge. The meal and experience was very good. There were one issue. The lava cake was unfortunately fully cooked. The flavour was there and it was improved with the gelato but it was a disappointing finish to an overall good experience. I normally would have mentioned this to our server however she was very busy and the flavour was still good. This one small mistake does not deserve a 3 rating so my overall score is 4 and I highly recommend Chameleon in Maple Ridge.

    A nice change from dining at the typical chain restaurants. Attention to detail was evident in the service, the preparation of menu items and the ambience. For me, it was worth the drive from where I live and I will return. The restaurant is in a nice area with plenty of free parking.

    From the time we walked in the door until we left, everything was impeccable! Wonderful server that understood how to communicate and connect with their guests, the drinks, our wonderful table with a view of the Chistmas Parade...and that food!!! Thanks to the Chameleon for a perfect, long overdue date night! Mike and Lori
