Chandler’s is a locally-owned, upscale dinner house specializing in prime steaks and jet-fresh seafood located in Hotel 43 in beautiful downtown Boise. Enjoy a craft cocktail, including the famous Ten Minute Martini, or a glass from our award-winning wine list. Featuring live jazz every night and complimentary valet parking. Chandlers is the recipient of the DiRona award which recognizes distinguished restaurants of North America and is the Treasure Valley's only Forbes Travel Guide Recommended Restaurant. The wine list features over 700 selections and 30 wines by the glass, and we have been recognized by Wine Spectator for our wine list every year, including four consecutive years earning the Best Award of Excellence.

First time diner. Great experience and awesome steak. Our server, Mark was a pro. Definitely will be back. Boise fortunate to have a steak house of this caliber. I’ve had steaks all over the country and this was in my top 5, maybe best.

Wow! The food was an A+. The beef was so tender, the special bite they served before the meal was marvelous, the salads were fresh tasty—especially the spinach salad, the beef marrow was a special treat, and to put surprise they served us a wonderful chocolate mousse for our anniversary. The serving staff were wonderfully attentive. And the easy jazz from the piano there was next to our booth was a delight.

Every member of staff we interacted with was a delight. The food was absolutely wonderful! Fresh oysters and dry aged steak- also the double cut pork chop was so flavorful and tender. Our server, Ryan, was personable and excellent. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

I’ve been to many steak houses all over the country. I flew into Boise to spend a birthday weekend. I picked Boise since Idaho was the last state that I had not visited. Boise was an amazing city. But Chandlers was a home run and the cherry on top. The restaurant atmosphere was very inviting. The service was top notch, not rushing you but always attentive when you needed them. And the Steak was among the best I’ve ever had. The special Japanese Wagyu that is in Idaho. Wow!! I will make my way back there. Thank You for making my 60th bday special.

Have celebrated special occasions here so many times I’ve lost count but I have never been disappointed. Chandler’s is the “go to” place for steaks in the Treasure Valley. Quality has a price so expect to pay a premium for this level of dining.

This was our second time here. The service was wonderful but food was not. The Appetizers were good. The surf and turf was disappointing. The lobster tail was overdone and tough. The steak we ordered was supposed to be medium rare. It was weldon. Sent it back even the waitress noticed. The manager brought a new one. It was crusty on the outside and tasted bland. We think they seared it and maybe out it in the microwave. For how much we spent was not impressed at all with the food. Caesar tasted fishy maybe it’s the sardines but not a fan.
