   We LOVE Char! The atmosphere is always amazing, and the food is absolutely delicious. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and, as always, had a fantastic time. Michael, the bartender, is always so friendly and makes some truly great drinks! Whether it’s for a special occasion or just because, Char will always be our go-to spot!

   Had a great evening at dinner. The gentleman Cedric provided excellent service and was very prompt and accommodating. Dinner started my wife’s birthday to be an excellent weekend

   I was recommended to char " sure, why not?" I enjoyed the atmosphere and the service at Char last night, our server was wonderful. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. I was a bit disappointed with crab cakes, mashed potatoes. I appreciate your attention to this.

   We absolutely feel that Char is one of the most solid restaurants in Nashville as it constantly delivers top quality food along with an ambiance that brings a very happy experience. The music in the lounge adds an extra delight each night along with the bartenders who constantly bring their smiles and engaging conversations! Thanks to Michael Justin Jamie Jess and all the staff for a wonderful experience each and every evening!

   I've been here multiple times. Comfortable, good energy, and very good food. Service, like most restaurants, is uneven. You may sit for a while before they even take your drink order. They may ask you how you like your food literally 10 seconds after it was put on the table. That's tolerable, but what I found bothersome is that they brought us our leftovers right away, in an ugly plastic bag, and put it on the table, before we ordered dessert. Can't they wait? I wanted dessert, but we weren't going to end our date night by "enjoying" an expensive dessert next to a plastic grocery bag on our table, so we skipped dessert. This is not enough to dissuade us from visiting again in future. Again, it's good food, good ambience, and I like the live music (piano).

   Hostess with a bad attitude Since we had “no preference “. In our profile she automatically tried to sit us at the most undesirable table in the restaurant.
