I was really disappointed with my experience at this steak house. The quality of the food was poor — the steak itself was bland, watery, and lacked any real seasoning. When I went to the salad bar, most of the items were empty and didn’t look like they had been replenished in a while. On top of that, the area where I was seated had water dripping from the ceiling onto my shirt, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, this visit fell far short of expectations. I won’t be coming back.

Service was great. The food has improved since last time I was there. We were celebrating my son’s graduation and we were very happy to pick this place.

I've been to Charbroil a few times in the past and it was always pretty good. Not so much this time. I was there with 9 of my family members for a birthday celebration and we all left feeling like we needed half our money back. All of the food was subpar. I personally spent $84 on my meal and one glass of wine and didn't feel anywhere close to satisfied. The birthday girl who usually eats and eats (skinny girl :)) barely finished one plate. Collectively, we spent over $750 and I'm not sure we'll be returning anytime soon.

We had a reservation for a party of 8 initially, and when we got to the hostess, the hostess said we could not be sat until we had 80% of our party. Unfortunately, 3 people were unable to male it at the last minute, dropping our count to 5 people. At this time, we had 4 out of the 5 people in the lobby. I asked the hostess if we could be seated as we had 80% of our party, and she said no, we had to wait for the 5th person. I said that is not what you told us before. Then the hostess decided to take us to our table. Upon getting to our table, she proceeded to seat us a table for 4 and said she would move us to another table once the 5th person comes. I told the hostess that was not right when we had a reservation for more than 4 people, and there was a table for 5 right next to us. Finally, after asking to speak to the manager, she let us sit at the table for a party of 5. The server approached the table with an attitude. After we ordered drinks, she started to be nice. While eating, we asked the servers coming around with meat for meat buy were repeatedly ignored while they served other tables. We finally had enough and asked the server for the manager again. Finally, we hear the manager telling the servers to vote by our table to serve us meat. Unfortunately, by that time, we were no longer interested and feeling discriminated upon. The manager then offered me a drink and a desert as it was my birthday and he could see how disappointed I was. However, $20 for the drink and dessert did not compare or make it acceptable for the $400 we spent. As this restaurant was my selection of choice for my birthday, I felt bad that my friends spent a lot of money at this establishment to leave disappointed. This experience has left a bad taste in our mouths and will mostly not return to this establishment. I hope no one has to experience the disappointment like we did.

Highly disappointed that I made reservations through open table and in every website, Apple Maps and google maps were stating you were open today from 5-9. My friends and I showed up and it was closed. I was excited to have a great dinning experience for my birthday, especially since I came back from out of town and wanted to enjoy my friends company. Hopefully whoever is in charge of the websites and maps would update it so no one else gets disappointed.

I made a reservation for 7pm I arrived at 6:50pm and they gave me my table at 7:40pm very bad service I waited almost 1 hour and with reservación!!!!
