Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 500 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe. Charley’s has been recognized with numerous awards including “Best of Award of Excellence” from Wine Spectator magazine, DiRōNA and Orlando Magazine’s“ Best Steak House & Best Old Favorite”.     Server was out to get a larger tab. Completely confused options on purpose to charge extras or upgrades. Disappointing as this had been a favorite every time we visit the area. Didn’t say anything just paid and made mental note not to come back. Shame as our tab is never under $700.

    Our waiter was Bailee (spelling may be off) He was amazing! Very attentive but not overwhelming. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave solid recommendations.

    What an amazing staff. We enjoyed the filet and pork chops (best ever). Our sides were the scalloped potatoes and mushrooms! Incredible compliments to our perfectly cooked steak and chops. From the Valet staff to the kitchen they always over deliver and provide fantastic service. Definitely a do not miss if you are in the Centrel Florida area. 5 Stars!

    Charley's Steak House is always on our list of restaurants to NOT miss while visiting the Orlando area. Charley's did not disappoint. Our server, Rachel, took very good care of us and the food was outstanding as usual. We had a couple of cocktails in the bar and the staff was very professional and welcoming. We are looking forward to our next visit in February when we are back in the Orlando area.

    Service was below what was expected at this upscale restaurant. Water was filled upon arrival and then never again during the meal. Went to use a $50 open table reward and was instructed by a manager that they can’t take it without a physical card or barcode. Open table does not provide either one , only an email with all the information and instructions to the restaurant on how to process it! Probably won’t be going back to Charley’s!

    LOVE this place! Such a great experience every time we have been there. Kinda pricey but it’s so worth a splurge once in a while when you get such friendly service AND such great quality food!
