Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     Great food & service. There was a party of 8 with children that came into bar area where we were sitting at a high top & they hovered around our table which made it very uncomfortable. Other than that a really god experience.

    Waitstaff very overwhelmed, too many customers assigned to wait staff. The attention to detail was not there. Dirty plates with the bread service. I felt like for a meal costing $850, we would have had impeccable service but we did not sadly, we had a hard time getting drinks due to one bartender. Jonathan was kind for replacing the plates, the butter for the grab didn’t arrive until the end of meal and they were out of my favorite ice wine. Just disappointed is all, would like to give another chance as in Kissimmee we always have had a nice private dining experience. Please do better. The Thomas family of Ormond Beach

    We had the Seafood tower as an appetizer and it was delicious! We all had filet mignons and all were cooked the way we asked and absolutely melted in our mouth! Service by Dia was great. We have been to Charlie’s Steakhouse every year this time of year for 5 years and plan on going back next year when we head south for vacation! Highly recommend!

    Lovely return visit for stone crab claws. C Chris was our server and he was excellent. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, good pacing.

    Some steak restaurants have good steaks and robots that serve you. Some have bad steaks Charleys was amazing. Everything was delicious The bread, salad, potatoes and steak was exceptional. Tiara, the manager,Steve and Chris were over the top wonderful conversationists and were attentive to make my experience the best Don’t miss this gem of culinary excellence if you are in the Orlando area. PS The key lime pie was the best I ever had
