Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     Another fantastic dinner with my son here. Everyone is nice even the valet. It’s always wonderful to walk inside to the cleanliness, elegance and delicious smells. Our waiter Fouzi made our evening absolutely perfect from the wine pairings to making my son’s strawberry lemonade just the way he likes it. We started with the crab cakes which were phenomenal. My son had the salmon and I had the pork chops and both were mouthwatering and delicious. So well seasoned! I highly recommend and will come back again.

    The sweet butter cake for dessert was Amazing!!! Overall very pleased with entire experience for my birthday, they did everything right.

    Impeccable service and phenomenal food. The FU (plant based)steak was so good that my meat lover partner was totally amazed. The chimmichuri sauce was so yum.

    First - we received a discount from our hotel to eat at the restaurant and we don’t eat meat but there were several fish dishes on the menu which we thought would be good alternatives. The snapper was grilled but way overcooked and had zero flavor - the cheese mashed potatoes was enough for 4 people and had no seasoning (salt etc) so very bland. It’s a place with huge portions but no real cooking expertise. If you like a 2-3 lb steak it might be a good place to go to but it’s very expensive for food that really isn’t worth the money.
