Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     Food and service was amazing! But in a cold snap in Orlando our table was bye a draft so intense we were frozen. And we are from Pittsburgh! On top of that we were the only ones in the section. We asked for a different table. Wished the manager would have come over and no one came over. That part was very disappointing! Felt as if we were not welcomed. More like tourist!

    What a great evening. I hosted 9 others to thank them for taking such great care of me; all people in the golf business. The food is always amazing; the best steaks I have ever had and by a wide margin

    Great atmosphere and service. Sides a bit mushy (mashed potatoes literally had liquid butter), steak had an excellent dry aged flavor and cooked well. House salads a bit mushy, cesear salad presented well, would improve the dressing.

    Beautiful establishment...incredible food. I had the hand breaded fried shrimp and my wife the salmon... both exceptional! Dinner came with salad and we ordered the cauliflower...wonderful!!!
