Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     Chose Charley’s for my boyfriend’s 65th bday because he had very fond memories of dining there, and wanted his bday dinner there while we visited Orlando, where he once lived. The service by ANGEL was second to none! He was, kind, attentive, extremely knowledgeable of offerings and hospitable….5 stars for him! Unbeknownst to Angel, and we chose not to share with him at the time, was that our steak…we shared the dry-aged bone in ribeye, was not good at all. It was mostly gristle, with very little chewable parts. This was quite disappointing, as there was great anticipation for this meal, particularly the steak. Yes, Angel asked us if everything was fine on more than one occasion, but he was so kind and helpful that we didn’t want to spoil it. If our steak would’ve been of better quality, we would have given a 5 for overall score. The birthday boy was shocked and disappointed, again, as this is not what he remembered from dining there in the past. Hoping more care is given to choosing the cuts that are served to the customer.

    As usual my experience was amazing we had the pork chops with broccoli and bacon cheddar cheese mashed potatoes DELICIOUS!! Our server was attentive I would definitely recommend dinning at Charley's

    I can't express how my dinner was. From the greeting team to Jonathan and Tiara, what a powerful managers team. Then I met the newest manager what a add on to Charley's. They went out there way to celebrate my birthday and presented me with a special gift. Thank you. Tham Ivan, which is my favorite servant, spoils me with how he always serves with Charley's excellence. No matter how busy he takes care of everyone. Thank you Ivan. Charley's is the place to be when you want to feel like royal. Thanks Charley's team. My birthday was absolutely unforgettable
