Charley's Steak House is owned by the Woodsby family and has operated in Florida since 1974. Charley’s serves only three-year-old USDA prime and choice Angus steers, aging them four to six weeks for tenderness & flavor and hand-cutting the steaks daily to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over Florida citrus and oak wood in a custom-built pit at 1200º searing in the tantalizing taste that has made Charley’s the #1 steakhouse in America every year since 2007! Charley’s philosophy of providing only the finest extends from the kitchen to the wine cellar. The wine list approaches 1000 selections from scores of exceptional wineries around the globe.     Some steak restaurants have good steaks and robots that serve you. Some have bad steaks Charleys was amazing. Everything was delicious The bread, salad, potatoes and steak was exceptional. Tiara, the manager,Steve and Chris were over the top wonderful conversationists and were attentive to make my experience the best Don’t miss this gem of culinary excellence if you are in the Orlando area. PS The key lime pie was the best I ever had

    Still one of my favorites! Excellent service, from Bartenders to servers. Citrus wood grill gives the steak an amazing taste, cooked to perfection! Lobster Bisque was wonderful, even though it is priced crazy high at $25. Sides were amazing as expected.

    Quality food with a unique history. Love Charley's. The service was a touch off last night as co. Pared to most evenings. Not gonna hold it against them, they were still wonderful

    Service was amazing like always. Drinks were great. Something was off with the steaks. the flavor wasn’t there and they came out warm at best, the truffle butter didn’t melt on top of the steaks. We also had the lobster Mac, it also came out warm at best, more like room temp. Not what we are used to when coming to Charley’s.

    Chase was an excellent server. Food was fantastic! Split the 20 oz porterhouse with wife. Sides were excellent.

    Our server and the manager were wonderful. Appetizers and drinks great. Husbands filet ok. My NY strip was extremely fatty. Hope I can post a pic. Asparagus not good. Manager removed it from our bill. Overall- people very nice. Value of food- we won’t be back I am sorry to say-

    Nice ambiance, but when we go to food not good, crab crab great, Caesar Salad no dressing croutons for the salad great as well as quality of Parmesan cheese, lobster tail worst ever had super undercooked same seasoning as meats drawn butter worst ever, 12 oz Filet very tough undercooked and super salty. If you want good beef please go to CAPITAL GRILLE. Waiter was good for the first course after that service went bad. Even though we gave a 100. Tip as it was new years. After a 500. dollar bill for 2 people including nice wine of 135..
