   The waiter we had was rude. Rushed us. We come here all the time for any special event that happens. And this is the worse experience we had by far.

   Honestly I rarely poorly comment on restaurants. I understand things can happen. However because I felt so uncomfortable I feel the need to. The server was subpar. I have an allergy and I felt it was a big issue. I don’t even make it hard for them to deal with and I eat what they tell me I can. The server seemed to not care at all. It shouldn’t matter what your guests issues are, you need to deal with them. Main course took 1.5 hours. My husband also waited 20 minutes for his wine. On the flip side, the seabass was cooked very nicely, and they have a good view.

   Our party of 6 was greeted warmly upon entering. We were a few minutes early, but our table was ready, so we were seated right away. We had a very nice view of the inlet and marina. Service was very prompt and efficient. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks, appetizers and entrees. Our server Serena was very pleasant and professional. We would not hesitate to come back the next time we are in AC.

   We had a wonderful evenig and were happy that we brought 2 friends with us. One friend had a black cod dish that he declared delicious and cooked to perfection. Our other friend loved the the first course Caesar salad followed by shrimp and pasta. She also enjoyed her chocolate lava cake. My husband asked for salmon cooked a special way and the chef complied! We loved our appetiser of clam chowder. My prime rid was perfect! Our server was professional, helpful and aimed to please. He was amazing! There you have it! Four very happy diners!!!! Thank you Chart House! We LOVE you!

    Repeat customers. Romantic dinner with girlfriend. Seating was quiet and good ambience. Our server Tommy was exceptional. He made us feel welcome, made great recommendations as to drinks, and was extremely attentive. Would like to request him on our next return visit.
