    We enjoyed having our work Christmas dinner at the Chart House. We had a party of 10 and the service was A+! The food - never have had a bad meal and last night did not disappoint! There were several first time Chart House diners with us last night and they were super impressed! I’m happy we picked the Chart House to host our special evening!

    The mash potatoes were cold . I shared that with the manager . I’m not sure if she passed it on to the kitchen. Our server was nice ,however , she forgot one of our desserts - literally we had competed the first dessert then we received the next ( after we asked ) , it was apiece of cheese cake - not hard to cut a slice and bring it out. We we arrived we Weren’t greeted for ten minutes after being seated . She also forgot to go packing after we asked . Perhaps she had too many tables ? I’ll be back - but for the price I would’ve appreciated a buy more personalized and efficient service . The food was good except for the cold mash potatoes And a lot of upselling - which I found annoying

    Disappointed with the hostess. We arrived at 8:25 for an 8:30 reservation and was told to get a drink at the bar until our reservation time. Really?

    I arrived 20 minutes early for my 6:45 reservation and was seated very quickly which was great. We ordered calamari and lobster bisque and a Caesar salad. Before the food arrived we ordered two entrees: sea bass and grouper. My daughter took a picture of her bisque at 7:05. By 7:10 we were done with it. For 45 minutes we waited until our entrees arrived at 7:55. We finished those by 8:05. The entrees were really good. But after 45 minutes of waiting we’d lost interest in ordering the lava cake which we really wanted. The runner that brought the food apologized for the wait but the waiter seemed to be more in avoidance mode. The table next to us had 7 people and ordered some of the same entrees and received theirs a lot faster than we received ours. So two people arrived at 6:25 and left at 8:15. The food was good but it would have been nice to hear from someone telling us what the issue was. I left disappointed and still craving some lava cake.

    Chart House graciously accepted our last minute (day of) large party reservation and then we were an hour late. Despite this they gave us our table and were incredibly gracious for such a busy night. Cannot thank the team enough for their hospitality during a busy holiday season. We were so sorry to be late (uncontrollable circumstances) and are so grateful that was the last concern of our evening. We had a wonderful time with out of town guests because of CH going above and beyond!
