   Compared to 5 years ago it has gone down hill. Waiter was disengaged, food was poor, bathroom had bad odor, cost was up and portion were smaller. I’m not going back anytime soon even though I am a Laundry member!

   The happy hour and early bird menu are excellent values. The views from the restaurant are terrific and add to the enjoyment of the meal.

   Our table of 7 received VERY poor service. Had to wait to get water. Waited even longer to order drinks. Didn't even know who our server was while we sat at the table without even water. He was very disengaged. Offered nothing in terms of how to navigate the menu, never asked how our meal was and if we needed anything. Had to flag him down every time we needed something. No refill on the water unless we asked. Dropped 1 dessert menu in the middle of the table and barely said what it was. Didn't ask if anyone wanted coffee after the meal. For the upscale nature of this restaurant, the service was not up to what one would expect at a pricey restaurant. On a better note, the food was good.

    The Hostess was aloof and very unfriendly and cold. We come here every year while on vacation and find the early dining more economical. For our 5:15 reservation, no early dining menus were on the table, only regular menus. When we asked for some, the server brought 2 for the 6 of us. The server was average. The meal and scenery , however, were very good. It seems the service could be warmer to make for a better experience.
