    Our server was slow and not the best. Luckily the server next table over, remembered us from our last visit and he was very attentive, professional and friendly without us asking for anything. Food was overpriced for the stingy and bland portions that were served. Bathroom needed serious upkeep and restocking of everything. Luckily we went before rush hour because I could only imagine everything being worse.

    Excellent food, great view and ambiance. The menus show some quote about how the customers are extremely important. That was not our experience. We’re a quiet elder couple, not rowdy or demanding, but the way we were ignored or talked down to ruined our experience. Staffers need better training. We had to wave down other servers after trying to get our server’s attention for more than 15 minutes. She walked past us 4-5 times with not even a glance our way. We were laughing about it at first, but then it got ridiculous. Other interactions with other staffers ranged from okay to unpleasant and even snippy. Spent $280 and mostly enjoyed our meal - but we walked away wishing we’d gone elsewhere. Plenty of competitors have similar food quality, but train their staffers to treat customers with basic courtesy.

    The restaurant was running 45 minutes late. For a reservation. We were never called. And the hostess just brushed it off like it was no problem. Ordered drinks at the bar. Never got them. Finally was at our table. Waiter. was rude. When I was leaving. He ran out of the restaurant and shouted for me and asked me why I didn’t tip him. I explained to him. I put the tip on the receipt and he said oh. I was very embarrassed for him. And everyone in our party couldn’t believe he ran out…😳

    Charthouse handled the crowded restaurant very well with exceptional service. It was very noisy but not much restaurant could do about that. My niece’s steak arrived rare instead of medium well but was rectified quickly.

    Very rushed evening. Uncoordinated service. Food arrived before salads were done and most of the food was improperly cooked. Took quite a while to get it fixed. Won't go back for a while until they get the service worked out

    We love the Chart House! The food is always delicious, snd the service is great too! We sat in the room with a complete view of the water! It was a wonderful time to spend on Christmas Eve!

    I had Prime Rib and it was season perfectly. It was cooked just right the only thing I noted was it was not as juicy as I have had in the past but it was very good .
