   Our Server, Brandon, did a great job on Christmas Day. We appreciated that he worked today and took care of us. With the limited Christmas Menu for the Prix $79 price, veryt surprised how long it took for the food to be served. Not very busy during our 2:00-4:00pm lunch time so we were surprised how long it took for the meal to be served. Always enjoy the ambiance and the view from the Tower.

   We went on Christmas Day. Our waitress was wonderful but we could tell that the kitchen staff was short handed for the holiday. The wait between choruses was long. The soup was warm but not hot, the food was very good but just a long wait When the waitress brought out dessert it was very nicely decorated with Merry Christmas written in chocolate across the plate. We commented that it did look great. Our waitress had done a superb job with the cake decorations! We would go back but never on a holiday.

   I would like to share my last night Christmas Dinner experience with you, hoping this help you to improve your food and service: The experience of dining in a spinning restaurant was amazing. However, the quality of the food was disappointing. The soup was overly salty, and the meat was cold, chewy, and greasy—I couldn’t even finish my plate. As for the service, Alexander seemed tired and robotic, showing little focus on customer service. The place is overpriced for the quality of the food. I definitely would not consider coming back. .

   El lugar es hermoso, de verdad si tienen oportunidad de vivir esta experiencia viva la es extraordinaria, la comida es deliciosa, tienen menú para niños, además les deja su hoja para pintar con sus crayolas , el servicio excelente , el lugar está impresionante.

    A great potential that's ruined by sub par service. Our waiter was super slow, initially it was good when it took a while to get our appetizers we enjoyed the view. But when it takes 45 minutes to pay the bill you've got to wonder. The food was delish with the ever yummy chopped salad. The ceder plank salmon tasted delicious And warm, giving the taste of freshness. The lava cake was made to perfection with it seemed a heath bar crumbled on top of the ice cream - it was great. All in all - great food, mediocre and below service, nice ambiance. Too bad it was marred by the service.
