   I personally love Chart House menus. Today was no exception. They had a 3 course meal for NYE lunch. They always have gluten sensitive, which is one of the reasons we chose to go here for lunch, including the wonderful tower view! The lobster bisque did not disappoint. The twin lobster tails were great as were the roasted vegetables. Key lime pie topped off our choice for the dessert. Our waiter Dimas was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and took very good care of us!

   We waited an hour for a table and then we got sat under a cold ac the menu wasn’t good and it was very uncomfortable

   We had an appointment at 8:45 did not get seats 10:10 pm. Other than that we enjoyed the dinner. I hope next time we are able to get your seat at the time . We were not notified about your table not being available. I have enjoyed all the other times we’ve been there.! Thank you.. Ms. Cobarrubias

   We dined for a late lunch at 2pm when they weren't too busy. Fantastic food all around and everything was absolutely delicious. The price was what we expected for a pricier restaurant, but the service was lack-luster. The server was incredibly friendly and accommodating but he disappeared for lengthy periods at a time. Thankfully, we were not in a hurry and had plenty of time to experience multiple rotations in the restaurant and the gorgeous view, but we would have enjoyed getting our food quicker than an hour after being seated.

   Our waiter was training someone and it made the experience less professional and awkward. No one told us ahead of time that there would be a preset menu.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Chart House. I didn’t realize it would be a holiday menu but everything we would’ve ordered was on it so it was perfect. My husband made the statement that it was one of the best cooked steaks he has ever had and my mother in love rated her steak a 9,5 and for her, that’s a 10. I had the Chilean sea bass over lobster risotto and they both were heavenly. It was a very nice evening out with the family. We will definitely keep this on our restaurant rotation list.

   Clear day made for a beautiful 360° viewing while we had our dinner. Our waiter was perfect and excellent food! We were celebrating our 46th anniversary and they made it special too! Our only challenge was very low lighting so we had to use cell phone flashlight to view our amazing food!

    It's really a 2.5 all the way down. I was there last weekend and again this evening (only because it's where my father wanted to go). Last weeknbgf one item I ordered was just never brought to the table. No acknowledgement that it was forgotten until I mentioned it when the check arrived. My other item that was delivered (the stack) was so loaded with onions that it was hardly edible. But since it was all I received from my original order, I ate what I could. Our waiter, however, was very nice. Just maybe not well-trained or a little short staffed. Hard to tell. This evening, same situation with our wait person. Very kind, but perhaps a little understaffed. Again, a problem with my order. I ordered bruschetta with chèvre and mushrooms. The chèvre was missing! How does that get out of the kitchen??? It is half of the item. Crazy. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon. Good luck shutting down for the renovation. I hope you reopen with a better kitchen staff and wait staff that is well-trained and has what they need to succeed. The restaurant is SUB PAR. The view isn't enough to make up for it. There are better restaurants with as good, or better views.
