   Always a pleasure to find at Charthouse Weehawken! We had wonderful greeting at hostess desk, seated us despite being 30 minutes early. View amazing. Our server Sara was lovely, very attentive, no pressure to move along. Mojitos excellent! Meal was lovely prime rib. Halibut and black cod all very tasty. Beautiful birthday presentation of key lime pie for birthday boy! Lovely evening.

   We had an incredible night at Chart House in Weehawken! We were there celebrating our anniversary and the whole night, our server Lee, went above and beyond to make our time there special. He was so kind, helpful, considerate and attentive the entire time. We will absolutely be coming back for another amazing meal and fantastic service!

   Ambience was excellent but I noted them to sing happy birthday to my daughter during reservations they didn’t and I didn’t feel like I should have remind them of that . That dropped the ball . Then the food was good but my daughter said her lamb chops didn’t really have a taste . The waiter was excellent though .

   Food was bland. Oysters were delicious. Drinks weren’t great. View was amazing. Overrated and overpriced. Would return for the oysters. The lamb chops were bland and tasteless. Root vegetables that came with it tasted too earthy like out of the ground. Kimchee calamari was too fried oily and drenched with a heavy sauce, couldn’t taste the calamari at all. You basically paid way too much for a view.

   I ordered prime rib....first it came well done and tough...then it came tougher....then it came and looked so awful I couldn't eat it. For a restaurant of high caliber, this was such a disappointment. The waiter really tried his best to help. I have had prime ribs many, many times and have never, ever had a piece of meat this looked so disgusting. The Chart House should be embarrassed to have served such a piece of meat....especially at those prices. I was expecting so much more.
