   Nice atmosphere. Cold beer. Calamari was overcooked, and was not taken off the bill, even though we didn’t eat it. Beet salad was good. It must’ve been shift change, as the many bartenders did not stop and check-in. We had to flag them down for service.

   Always a good bet for a quick meal. Great cocktails and sandwiches. Noise level on this visit ,however, was brutal. A part of 12 in the same room were just way too loud.

   I visit this location regularly and are always treated exceptionally well. From the valet to the restaurant staff. Superb!!1

   Very slow service. We allotted 90 minutes. We were there almost 2 hours for one drink each and a salad

   I’m a resident, The food was very sub par, 2 hours to get our food. Menu is bad. Night management needs a class in hospitality. Sadly, for such a beautiful hotel the chase club misses the mark.

   The Chase Club has delicious food. The ambience is pleasant whether dining on the patio or inside. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of food and wonderful service. A nice place to visit after taking in a movie at the Chase Theatre.

   Places is run down, it is like a beach bar with people coming in wet swimsuits from the pool to the bar.. Took a long time to get a drink. Our server was great, but overall she was at the mercy of the bartender who was slow and didn’t have enough help. First and last time going to the Chase Club.

    Arrived on time and was seated promptly which is good, but the service was really bad and food quality was also very subpar and didn’t match the value in price. The prices are very similar to other nearby upscale contemporary American restaurants, which are better. The service was absolutely horrible, after our drink order was taken it took, 15 minutes for the drinks to come out, then we ordered our food, and after that not one server came to our table in a timespan of 25-30 minutes to check on the party and offer refills of water or cocktails. Business make a lot of money in cocktail sales m, so this boggles my mind? Our entrees come out and no silverware was given when seated at the table, so I’m eating this messy burger for about 10 minutes with nothing to wipe my hands or mouth. The fries were soggy, chewy, and undercooked. The burgers were overcooked (well done) such as one of was well done, and the other was medium well, when we both asked for Medium. On the Chase Burger, the dill or citrusy sauce (mustard) that is spread on the bun overpowered the rest of the ingredients of the burger such as the beer cheese, and there was no pickle, as described on the item come to think of it. Honestly really really bad in terms of price and experience combined together, I think they are charging more for the Chase Plaza Name…
