It was very meh. $200+ was not worth it at all for a few pieces of meat. Staff didn't even know what we got for the valentines bbq special lol I would have rather gone to volcano bbq. Promise you, you could get something better elsewhere.

The service was HORRIBLE! After asking the server for a refill several times they never brought it. Server didn’t know there was a dessert menu and only offered the cheesecake that was for the birthday girl at the table. The service ruined the whole dinning experience. Do yourself a favor and go to Chef 21 on Fairview Rd in Simpsonville.

It was the first time for me and overall it was a good experience. Our server was great and funny and very personable. The food was good, no complaints to be had. Will definitely go back.

Chef 21 has the opportunity to have a really special dinning experience and they’re really missing the mark. The food is great. And that’s all. We have been 3 times (ONLY because of the food and convenience with it being open on holidays) but the service is severely lacking. They seem to be consistently understaffed or either the staff just needs hospitality training. I really do understand the service industry is tough to manage and staff which causes me to never really write reviews like this but we have given several opportunities and it just seems worse each time (since our first visit on Christmas). I really hope they can get it together
