    By giving card number when reserving I thought I'd paid already. Confused when I saw on the bill and had to check my card activity to verify there was no charge when I made the reservation. Everything was great. Just odd on the reservation. Maybe I missed something telling me there was no actual charge and would be collected at restaurant Rodney and your staff provided awesome service

    It was a special occasion, Valentine's Day, and even though we had made a reservation, it took a long time to get into the restaurant, and it was very crowded. One reason was that everyone could only make reservations for the same time. I was disappointed that the food, which should have been hot(warm), was not. However, it was more expensive than usual. When I usually go there, the service and food are excellent, but I should have avoided going there on special occasions.

    Awesome experience... Parking started off as a bit of a challenge because I drive a big truck but the valet was super helpful and I ended up finding a better parking street parking right next to the restaurant! Our server was awesome but unfortunately I didnt catch his name... I was a little skeptical about the portion sizes because I'm a big guy and upscale restaurants are usually skimpy on the entrees... but I was pleasantly content after destroying the 3-course meal lol... This was a great first experience here and we enjoyed our Valentines Dinner alot... Mahalo Chef Chai!!

    Felt very rushed and between waiter and server, a lot of confusion/ miscommunication going on. Suppose to be a relaxing experience, but this surely was a NOT one!!

    Went to Chef Chai's for Valentines Day, everything was setup really nice and fancy. The waitresses and waiters were very nice and helpful ... most importantly they were on it! The food was nothing short of amazing and delicious. From appetizer, to the main dish and dessert ...I had numerous choices to pick from the special Valentines Day menu. My reservation was for sitting outside, the weather was perfect, not hot or cold. Most importantly, my date truly enjoyed it too! Mahalo

    Our server was awesome and gave us a great dining experience. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait for anything to come out. Everything on the pre fixe menu came out with perfect timing we didn't feel rushed at all like other restaurants do. Thank you for a great valentines dinner!!

    The food and drinks were delicious, the lamb chops and scallop/risotto dishes were cooked to perfection. The appetizers were amazing and the lemon drop and thai iced coffee were amazing. Our waiter (local boy) was so sweet and made you feel like you were like family there. This wasn’t our first time there and we’ve never been disappointed. Always good food and good people!
