The food was excellent as usual. The waiter was good but a little arrogant.

This is my go-to place for steak whenever I'm in Gatlinburg. The Prosperity Steak was delicious and arrived perfectly medium-rare. I chose Neva's Potatoes as my side and highly recommend them. The ambience and service are always top-notch. Definitely recommend making a reservation. The Friday-night walk-up time was an hour to 90 minutes. Parking is free in their lot as long as you scan the parking QR code in the lot and then the QR code at the restaurant when you check in.

Waitress and host were very friendly. Waitress did not take notice to me not touching protein. Atmosphere was great with a rustic feel. Food on the other hand was lacking. I ordered Prosperity pork chop medium. It was dry and tough. My husband had prime rib medium well. Looked like it was griddle or skillet cooked and greasy. Napkins was soaked with grease from lightly patting prime rib. Lime Margarita was sweet with salted rim. Not sure why it was so sweet which was not good. Basically I ate neva’s potatoes and bread. Sad to get so disappointed as I had high hopes. This was a one & done visit. We had learned our lesson. Never to return.

Glad I when, won’t have to do it again for another 10 years. Catfish was soggy, and fries had obviously been under a heat lamp for a while. With rising costs of dining out, this was not where I would ever spend my money again. Captain Ds would had been a better choice.

We dine here every time we visit Gatlinburg; everything we've ordered has been delicious, nice ambience and great service! We arrived early and were seated earlier than our reservation time. Greeters and manager were very engaging...our anniversary weekend!

Decent food. Advertised parking was free yet was still charged $8. Server kept calling us ‘buddy’. Tip percentages on check were incorrect and overstated.
