   We came in on Christmas and it was fairly crowded. We had to wait about 25 mins past our reservation time but it was understandable. Our server was amazing. I wish I caught his name but he was clearly very busy and overwhelmed but he still gave us amazing service. The fact that my drink was never empty and our chips remained full was a Christmas miracle. To the Hispanic gentleman who made sure I said “pollo” and not chicken, thank you for making our Christmas dinner lovely.

   Chevy's called a couple of days before to verify the reservations. Wait person was excellent, pleasant, food came in a timely manner and delicious. I always enjoy going to Chevy's. Came last year for Christmas, and Easter. Thanks so much.

   The food was nicely prepared and the plates were abundant...the margaritas were delicious as always and our server was charming, helpful (daughter is a vegetarian) and attentive, but gave us time to talk as we needed... Atmosphere was warm, football game cheers and holiday music filled the air...and families celebrating!

   Angelita is the best! She's my "go-to" girl. She always makes sure to get my order correct, since I'm very picky.

   We went for the Lighted Boat Parade. Service was great!! Food arrived quickly and hot. Fun night.

   Went in with reservations, not busy at all and horrible experience. By the time the waiter came around for the first time we ordered drinks and dinner because it was such a long wait. Then drinks didn’t even come out until dinner. Just not what we were expecting from an otherwise well known chain.

   Bottem line: very stress free and enjoyable. Walked in, immediately greeted. Had a question to the host about the Thanksgiving special and the drink special that went with it. Question was answered to my delight. Was seated, ordered. Enough time to decide what to get. Drinks and chips and salsa came. Fresh chips, yay. Food came. First a green salad with a Mexican twist. Then, Turkey with spicy mole, mashed potatoes, Green bean casserole, sweet corn ball. Dessert, pumpkin pie. Everything delicious. Waiters are courteous conscientious and cute. Not pretentious, not uppity. Beautiful setting on the river. Could actually carry on a conversation, not loud, but not quiet either. Good acoustics.

   Made reservations for my group, arrived early we were seated immediately. Waiter attended to our group promptly with our drink order. We ordered margaritas and it was happy hour. Appetizers were also discounted for happy hour. We ordered margaritas guacamole and chips, chicken quesadillas, street tacos and a mixed grill. The food came quickly. The mixed grill came piping hot the waiter tried to light it up but his fire stick would not lite. No experience, he just handed the plate over and apologized. No homemade flour tortillas wear available so he brought me hot corn tortillas. Flour tortillas can later they were tough and not cooked all the way. Mix grill supposed to have carnitas but it tasted more like burnt reheated shredded beef., chicken and steak was dry. Shrimp was the best. Refried bean tasted much like rosaritas caned bean. The guacamole lacked flavor. Chips were not hot. Overall,It was a big disappointment. The quality of food has really gone downhill.

    I asked like 3 times for the birthday party cake and sombrero surprise for my son, they never did it . very disappointed
