   We had a 4 o’clock reservation, it took 32 minutes for someone to come take our drink and appetizer order- and 52 minutes from the time we sat down for them to bring the drink in the appetizer.

   Very busy on Valentine’s Day but our server was awesome and really worked hard to provide great service.

   Given it was Vday, we expected there to be a crowd but I was disappointed that we had to still wait a little over 30 minutes to be seated. With a one year old, that 30 minutes made a big difference to us. Instead of enjoying our food we had to be quick and get out of there.

   Our reservation was for 615 We were there 10 min early . We did not get seated tell 643 Server was niece but we could tell she was overwhelmed place was very busy for Valentine’s Day ! We were a big group 10 people she was handling many tables . Why weren’t they prepared since they knew we were coming and how many? We ordered drinks and they arrived when our food did? Anyway not waitress fault manager should have help her out by not over booking .

   Our server was excellent and was very helpful with suggestions for food and drink. She came to the table the perfect amount of times: not too many times and not too few times! Really appreciate the free birthday entrée too!

   Surprisingly the restaurant was not busy. We had a few hiccups but our waitress was service focused and attempted to remedy the error.

   Had to wait 30 minutes for a reservation. I also got 5 cubes of meat on a $14 carne asada fries.

    We had a reservation and still had to wait for 45 minutes to be seated. I ordered a cheese enchilada and a taco and a to go order of Carnitas for my husband. We waited almost an hour for our food, and when the server brought my plate, he said we are out of tamales. Is this OK. He repeated himself three times. They decided to choose my second entree without asking me. The enchiladas were luke warm on top, and the bottoms were cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. When my to go order finally arrived once again, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered carnitas, and they brought me two tacos. I explained to the server what I had ordered, and she insisted the carnitas were already in the taco shell. Then she told us they ran out of carnitas. I opened the shell, and there was maybe one tablespoon of meat. Anyone who orders carnitas knows that it's a pile of pork that is served with flour tortillas. At that point, I asked to speak with a manager. She returned to our table to tell me that her manager took $10.00 off the meal. Once again, I asked to speak with the manager. It was so nice of them to give me $10.00 off of something I didn't order. The manager came over and I explained what was going on and she looked at the food and said that's not carnitas. She told us that she would speak with the staff and that she would have them make the correct order. I told her that if they run out of an item they should ask the customer what they would like instead of having the restaurant choose what the customer was going to eat. I told my mom it's amazing how they were able to butcher a pig and slow roast a batch of carnitas to finally fill my order. Now I know why they have such poor ratings.
