Wir sind seit 45 Gastronomen aus Leidenschaft.
Begonnen mit dem ersten Sterne Restaurant in Oberkassel, über Fine Dining, nennen wir seit nunmehr 17 Jahren die "Brasserie Hülsmann" und seit knapp 2 Jahren unser kleines Bistro das "Chez Lio" (benannt nach unserem Sohn Lionel) unser eigen.
Mit viel Herzblut führen wir in der dritten Hülsmann Generation das Konzept französischer, absoluter frische Küche, zu bezahlbaren Preisen und charmantem Service fort.

Very polite staff. They were very welcoming. I had shrimps with a side salad, one type of cheese cooked very well with a side salad with a delicious sauce. And in the end I ordered mussels with fried patatoes. I also ordered a bottle of white wine, super! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Alles mal wieder super lecker, eine sehr freundliche Bedienung und nettes Ambiente. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne ins Chet Lii. Die Fischsuppe ist der Hammer, der Salat mit Edelfischen kommt dem von damals im Hafen sehr nahe. Aber alles war bisher Top! Die Portionen sind für uns perfekt. Sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Essen (kleinenKarte aber dafür umso besser und einfacher bei der Auswahl). Sehr gute Weine zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis. Service top! Kleines Lokal, immer gut besucht mit fantastischer Bistro Atmosphäre und Ambiente!

Wir waren für einen Abend in Düsseldorf. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Service hervorragend und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert.
