This small amazing five star French style fine dining restaurant is a converted house in a quiet residential part of old Humble. There is nothing like it anywhere in the NE Houston area. The soothing ambience is accented with beautiful hand painted portraits by original owner. Service is excellent. Paige and the other service staff were very friendly and attentive the whole time. The duck liver mousse was delicious for our shared appetizer and paired well with a glass of the French Pinot Noir. For main course, my wife had the scallops and shrimp and I had the duck, both were well presented and excellent tasting. Duck was juicy, tender and not overcooked. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.

Chez Nous is our absolute favorite restaurant! We love everything about it…and who cares if it’s a 45+ minute drive from our house. It’s well worth it!

Chez Nous was excellent as always, staff was terrific with Paige and Issac very attentive to our needs. Waygu beef was very tasty with perfect preparation. The souffes are magical. The restaurant is a hidden gem in Humble.

What an evening! Not only was the food terrific, but the staff was incredibly well trained and tremendously courteous. The space was beautiful, and the menu gave many wonderful options. A place we will be happy to drive from downtown to visit again.

We usually really enjoy our experience at Chez Nous, but this experience was a bit of a let down. The service staff was attentive but a bit too harsh in their approach as if trying too much. The food was not up to the standards that we have come accustomed to expect. And for the gluten crowd, there is no longer gf bread available and although there was sourdough on the menu, the chef did not recommend it as an option.

Regarding the gluten-free bread, we had to discontinue it after our supplier closed, but we’re exploring alternatives. While sourdough is fermented, it still contains gluten, and we declined serving it to prioritize your health. We appreciate your comments on service and food and will share them with our team to ensure we maintain the high standards you expect.

I find that it is an enjoyable experience every time. Unlike most restaurants, Chez Nous is consistently good from the appetizer to entres and their wonderful desserts. We try to go every couple of months to celebrate…..something?
