   Our scotch fillet is normally cooked to our expectation but on this occasion the sauce with blue vein cheese was very watery. Didn’t taste like the sauce we are used to. In fact it looked and tasted like cream watered down to milk consistency.

   As usual the food and service from staff was good. I cannot understand why management has removed the information on the menu as to the food being available as Gluten free/Gluten free option available. Now one has to approach the meal order area and have to be handed a list showing what is available. This probably will cause a delay in people waiting to order.

   We have been to Chirnside Country Club many times. But today's experience was not as good. It was my mother-in-law's 91st birthday. Joyce and l received our meals. I finished my meal before the other 2 patrons even received theirs. 2 of the meals were great but the other 2 were not. Disappointed

   Had steak was full of fat ,grissil...Unfortunately I was disappointed. Have eaten here many times and normally a great experience...sadly not this time

   After ordering was asked do you want all the meals to come out together I said yes thankyou. My wife received her meal mine hadn't arrived after waiting 15 / 20 minutes then went and asked I still haven't received mine yet. The lady went and checked then 5 minutes later it arrived.

    We have eaten at Chirnside Park Country Club more times than I can count (given its quite local and good for the kids). Food and service has always been amazing. Tonight though the food was inedible. I had the Nasi Goreng which was watery, bland and almost like the chef forget to put the sauce through it (it was like eating boiled rice and boiled prawns). My husband had the Parma that came out with a thick slab of ham on top (like using the left over Christmas ham). My father in law had the roast, which had so much gravy on it you couldn't actually tell what he was eating. My kids also complained that their chips were cold and when we tried them they were definitely under cooked. I'm not sure if there is a new chef in or what is happening but it was definitely disappointing and everyone left hungry.
