    The Chop House was excellent, from the cocktails and appetizers (yummy crab dip and pork belly brussel sprouts) to the entrees ( tenderloin, burger and elk meat loaf). Our server was perfect... Left us alone to enjoy each course and checked back regularly. This is our third time eating at The Chop House and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend it! Definitely make a reservation at last a few days in advance.

    Beautiful restaurant, but be ready for an active, loudish place. Our server didn't do a great job (didn't check in much, not especially friendly, couldn't answer some basic menu questions), but everyone has an off night, so I don't think that's some endemic problem. The food was quite good, and the cocktails were excellent. Suggestion for the owners: give every entree 2 sides. :-)

    Despite having some challenges with staffing in our done in might, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make the experience lovely. The steaks were amazing. Cooked to perfection and the delicious flavor. And we were celebrating by husband’s birthday and a special treat was prepared and ready. Will definitely frequent this restaurant in the future.

    This was our first time dining at Chop House, although we had dined at the previous restaurant Aioli. We loved everything about it from the minute we walked in the door. The ambiance was wonderful with a moody vibe. All the staff was top notch, welcoming and very personable. We all ordered different cocktails, entrees, sides and desserts and there wasn’t one that wasn’t perfection. Loved it and will definitely be back!

    This is a wonderful dining experience. A cozy restaurant with elegant, classic decor. Friendly service, willing to make recommendations. The meal itself was one of the best we have had. Everything was cooked to perfection, the custom sauce options add levels to the flavor profiles. We came for our anniversary but will certainly return when we visit Staunton for any occasion.

    Excellent service by Logan who was one of the mangers helping fill in. He did a fantastic job and food and drinks were outstanding. Great cozy atmosphere as well.
