   Weird place hard to find the server was also the bartender also it was only us two and three guys at a table no one else

   My Wife and I enjoyed every second of the night. Our server was very helpful with helping us choose what to get being our first time eating at the establishment. The atmosphere was stupendous and made our night even more memorable. We got The Frites as our starter and all I can say is delicious! After we decided on our Main entree, My Wife got the Chicken Lyonnaise which was very tender and flavorful and I decided to get a 16oz KC Steak and again! Very flavorful and tender. If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would! I highly recommend you try it out

   We went to Chop Shop the first time on October 26 to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. We saw prior reviews regarding the high prices but it was no more than we would pay at Seventy-Six, Butch's or RedRock Grill. We look forward to our next meal at Chop Shop.

   Interesting and upscale. Cocktails outstanding but pricey. The food menu very complete and many choices. The sides were large and plenty to share with others....delicious. We had the 10 oz. filet of beef - excellent and cooked as requested. The prices were on the high side and this is a place that you will select for very special occasions. The cost will average around $200 per couple .

   Absolutely fabulous! This steakhouse rivals the best in the industry, and Holland needed a restaurant like this. Great place for a date night, business dinner, or grab a cocktail at the bar. Highly recommended ... be sure to make reservations as space is limited.

   I finally got a chance to try chopshop & my only regret is not going sooner! The food is absolutely delicious & the service is very friendly. I went with 2 of my close friends and we all shared sides, appetizers, and entrees. Everything was incredible. My two favorite dishes were the filet & the mushroom risotto. The steak was cooked absolutely perfect! The chef knows exactly what he's doing with all the wonderful flavors on the menu. The drinks are crafted equally as well! You will love this place!

   We had a lovely dinner! The tomahawk ribeye was cooked perfectly and a great shareable portion! The dessert of key-lime pie was exquisitely delicious!
