Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. This was and extremely poor experience that I endured yesterday. Morgan our server was kinda cold did not make the experience memorable just took our order and that was it. We waited over 50 minutes before the food came and no acknowledgement from Chop on this situation or attempted to make it right. However, when the food came the prime rib was like warm and because I waited already 50 minutes I was hungry although Morgan the server called the manager over but all he did was I can take it back and warm it up I declined as my party of 6 was already hungry due to the long wait. The Prime rib was well done and I asked for medium rare for all 3 prime rib dinners that was ordered all 3 were dry and when it is medium rare there should be some bit of moisture and a bit of blood which didn't have as well we told Morgan to have the Glazed Salmon well done and it wasn't and the fish was very fishy tasting so overall I rate this a very poor experience considering my total bill was $402.xx! As for the manager he came by and didn't attempt to make thing right he backed up and says we kept it was in the kitchen so I felt he almost called me a liar in the process. I hope higher management takes a look at this and possibly higher more staff as I find that the staff was all over the place and did not work in section.

I went for a 20th anniversary and was very disappointed. I got a ribeye steak and was way too thin to properly cook medium rare. Every bite I ate I had to spit out chewy pieces. My wife had the steak bites as an appy which was way better (top sirloin). No atmosphere. Service was fine. First time here and probably the last.Paid and hit a drive thru

We wanted the CHOP to be better, but were disappointed on a whole. I must say my filet was cooked perfectly and had good flavor! Other than that, the experience did not measure up. Be ware of sitting outside! Our seats were constantly being invaded by flying ants, and the seats themselves were filled with stains. The waitress was kind, but inattentive, and my wild rice was so salty- I left it on the plate. Hoping this was just an off night for them.

We went with our 9 grandsons ages 16-23. It was wonderful & they LOVED the food! We had a variety of meals & everyone was impressed

We pre-booked using OpenTable which is very easy. The restaurant was prompt in replying to our requirements as we had a 50th birthday to celebrate. There was only four of us my wife and two children. We all enjoyed our meals we do like a steak cooked medium rare and the steak came out and it was medium. I did mention this to the staff but they suggested that was their medium rare but it was not it was medium. The staff was fantastic and answered every question with an open heart and prompt responses.

Manoel was an excellent waiter — personable and knowledgeable The food was also excellent, with a varied menu; my wife is diet restricted and easily found great food which was delicious and keep on her diet (carb restriction)

We would have liked to sit outside but too much tobacco smoke We were put upstairs and the ambience is not good up there , its like they put you in a corner closet We had to ask three times for the coffee we ordered The music was so loud we couldn't have a conversation and the server said she had no control over it. Our server behaved like she would have rather been anywhere else but there. The crab cake portion was miniscule and wasn't cheap. My wife said her prime rib was bad. On a positive note , me 13 oz rib eye steak had good flavor and was tender.
