Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavor to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy.     Modern open concept restaurant with a neat upstairs dining area too. Went on a Monday night so it was a bit quieter, but had excellent menu selections and service. Ashtyn was attentive and helpful for our anniversary dinner. The staff made it a special event for us. Conveniently located at Ice District. Food well prepared and tasty!

    Amazing from beginning to end. We were seated upstairs in the dining room. Unbelievably quiet. Our server was so attentive. The gentleman that brought out our food was very polite and helpful. Overall experience; 5 stars.

    The waitress was very attentive. She was not overbearing. The food was excellent. It was a quieter evening. We had the entire dining room to ourselves upstairs friends were visiting from back east so the quiet atmosphere lead to great experiment

    It was our 29th Wedding Anniversary. We were greeted Happy Anniversary, which was nice. I had the Filet Mignon which melts in your mouth and my husband a Ribeye very flavorful. Our waitress Julia gave us exceptional service. Will go back.
