There was a big party which kept our server busy so we didn’t get the level of service you might expect. It was fine for us, but others might not have been happy. Food was good. Steak was cooked well.

Our family enjoyed a celebration ("it's Friday!") at Chop Steakhouse. Everything was terrific. The atmosphere was upscale, the food and drinks arrived quickly and the meals were all delicious. Buttnernut squash soup and tuna tataki starters were beautifully presented, and the steaks were done to perfection with excellent sides. It was a very welcome end to our busy week and we were glad to celebrate our Friday night here! We will be back again in the near future--with thanks for a great dinner to the chef and serving staff!

Great food and service, went on a valentines date with my wife. We love the ambiance and noise level by having glass doors in each section of restaurant. Everything is really good especially prime rib. Overall it’s excellent!

My wife and I went for a Valentine’s dinner. We enjoyed the environment and the food was excellent, as each of us had the top sirloin steak. The beet salad was an arugula salad with yellow beets and goat cheese, which was excellent however I was expecting beets, not a leafy salad. The atmosphere was warm, yet several times it went from loud to oddly everyone getting quiet at the same time. This occurred during song changes in the music. Perhaps a mix in the music wouldn’t leave awkward quiet moments. The bench seating was comfortable but too close to the couple beside us as when they arrived, they listened to our conversation and we couldn’t help but hear theirs too. The cheesecake for dessert was memorable as we rarely splurge on dessert. Overall it was an enjoyable evening together.
