   There were 6 of us and we got together for our annual Christmas Dinner. Our meals were outstanding, and service was fantastic. Our server Mikayla was the best!

   Our recent visit to Chop was truly a story of highs and lows. We dined there two nights in a row, with drastically different experiences. (Hotel guests) Night One: Fantastic with Nick Our first evening was nothing short of delightful, thanks in large part to our server, Nick. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent—cooked to perfection and served promptly. The entire experience left us excited to return for a second night. Night Two: A Disappointing Follow-Up Unfortunately, the second night was a letdown. The steak, ordered medium-rare, arrived well overcooked, detracting from what we hoped would be another stellar meal. While mistakes happen, the service compounded the issue. Our waitress was inattentive, taking over 25 minutes to return with our cash change. At one point, I had to get up and find her to ask for it, which was both awkward and frustrating. The lack of attentiveness and the poorly prepared steak left us feeling disappointed, especially after the fantastic experience we had the night before. Chop clearly has the potential to deliver an outstanding dining experience, as evidenced by our first night. However, inconsistency in service and food quality is a concern. If you’re lucky enough to have a server like Nick, you’re in for a treat. Otherwise, your experience might not live up to the restaurant’s promise.

   We were there for a business meal so we were glad it wasn't too lively. Food was fine it was maybe not quite enough but it was good.

   Didn’t appreciate them putting us in a round booth in the lounge. Thankful the manager corrected it and found us a proper table for 6 people.

   Chop was great as usual. I went mid afternoon and was served by both Braelin and Daria, who are both excellent. They were very friendly and attentive, and the drinks and food were fantastic. Manager Michelle also came to check on me and was the consummate professional. I would recommend Chop to anybody every time.

    Friendly, helpful waitress. I & my wife’s prime ribs were tasty but had excessive fat. I estimate the amount of fat on mine to be 20%. My wife’s was worse. Sadly detraction from what was otherwise a pleasant evening.
