Cute restaurant! Service was great, food was extremely over priced compared to almost every steakhouse I've been to!

My 9 oz filet was cooked perfectly and the red potatoes were delicious. Eric, our server, did a great job. Not very busy for a Saturday night. A bit pricey but same price point as other high end steak houses.

The time between appetizers and main course steak took more than 40 minutes. That’s the only problem.

The cost of the meal far exceeded the quality of the food. Overpriced for the level and quality of dish. Over cooked, over sauced, over seasoned. Tastes like it’s owned by a restaurant conglomerate. On the upside, the waiter and manager were kind and very attentive.

Awesome experience. Our waiter, Elias, was knowledgeable of food and wine, took great care of us, and turned us on to some fun things to do around town. Plus, hanging around and staying at the Peery was right on. Epic 50th birthday staycation. 9th and 9th at 9 was hilariously fun. Thanks Elias!

Casual yet super inviting restaurant. Tons of wood and iron and ambience. Steaks were cooked perfectly, sides of truffle fries, Brussels sprouts, broccolini and something called a lobster corn dog were all excellent. Wine list is on the shorter side but great selections in the 70-115 per bottle range. Desserts….ah, desserts. Key Lime, cheesecake, chocolate tort and chocolate beignets with chocolate and caramel sauce - all were excellent but the beignets were the crowd favorite. Our servers Kurt and Justin were exception for our party of 8 - we wined and dined for 3 hours and never felt rushed. A perfectly balanced dining experience that I can enthusiastically recommend.

Server was great, atmosphere is nice, food & wine ridiculously overpriced. $17 for sweet potato fries was one egregious example. Such a great location & vibe, would likely be packed if pricing was at all realistic.

We were in SLC from out of town and thought Christopher's would be a the place to have a nice meal ($$$), great steak and good wine. We picked it because it was not a chain. Well...all that would have been true but then they seated a bus tour of probably 40 seniors in the main dining room. We saw that the lead person was going to do a presentation. There goes the quiet, nice evening. They did move us out to the bar but we could still hear them clapping at the presentation. Really?!? Close the place down for them. No matter where you sat other customers they could still hear everything. If that group had not arrived the place would have been dead which is telling. We would not visit Christopher's again. We'd opt for the known places like Ruth Chris, Flemings, Morton's, etc.
