   Food was good. Becca was a great server. A little overpriced, even for Charleston, for not exceptional food. Building is very pretty.

   Beautiful venue. Food was well below par. We got salmon and mahi mahi as mains with the mussel appetiser. We have never seen mussels so small! The size of peas! The Mahi mahi was cooked well, but the sause and greens just tasted bad. The salmon was just ok. But both portions were only a bit more than a mouthful and totally not worth the cost. Nice place, location, and service. Some of the food was just not tasty or tasted bad (did not finish the small portion even though we were famished)!

   Our server was not kind or helpful. We love visiting Church and Union when we come to Charleston. This was our first negative experience.

   The restaurant is beautiful. Service was not the best, not the worst. My friend and I had brunch. I had avocado toast with a side of breakfast sausage. The avocado toast was delicious. The value just isn’t there. $18 for avocado toast, $6 for coffee (not an espresso drink, just brewed coffee) and $10 for a single piece of sausage is simply insane.

   We made a reservation and were immediately sat at our table. Our server Auggie was outstanding and catered to our every need! The food was incredible!

   If you just went to see the ceiling, it would be worth the trip. Incredible. The waitstaff was very friendly, and the food was fantastic. We had the blackened mahi and the salmon. Both were outstanding, as were the brussel sprouts. We finished off with a caramel blondie … best bite of the night!
